We have a room available within a 2-3 minute walk of UofT, available from January 1st.
The rent is $1035 + 25% of utilities.
The unit has cable and a 4K TV in a bright living room. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, and fridge. All utensils and kitchen appliances are in place. The basement has washers and dryers. The room can come furnished. Parking is available on-site.
The location is at Spadina and College, within a 2-3 minute walk to UofT, and is close to TMU and OCAD. There are quite a number of restaurants nearby, and it’s relatively close to the TTC Station, TTC streetcar stop, and Kensington Market. The place is quality, and it is very clean, with polite housemates.
