Holly Mills's room

One bedroom located in the North End of Peterborough on a quiet, mature, tree lined street in a family, friendly home. The room comes furnished ( full size bed, large dresser and an end table). The room has a good sized closet. There is a Cogeco box included in the room, but you must provide your own t.v. please. The room faces the front of the house and offers natural light. The upstairs bathroom is shared with the homeowners and their adult daughter. Shared kitchen with your own full size fridge/ freezer. Shared use of living room, dining room and outdoor fireplace( bbq, outdoor fireplace and deck). Laundry on site( you must provide your own high efficiency laundry products please). The house is located within walking distance to a bus stop for Trent University students and Fleming College students. There is also a bus stop close by for those needing to go downtown(about a 7 minute bus ride). Close to amenities ( convince store, fast food restaurants, grocery stores and Walmart). Guests are welcome with notice please.

The homeowners are mature working adults ( husband and wife), in their 50s. One adult daughter in her mid 20s , living at home. One other tenant in his 40s living downstairs in the basement. We have three dogs and two cats. We are friendly individuals. We respect other’s privacy.
