Location: Woodlawn neighbourhood in Dartmouth, NS. Nearby bus terminals, NSCC campus, stores, walking trails, parks, and a great swimming lake!

Living space: Large and bright bedroom that can come fully furnished, one full and one half bathroom with shared shower and laundry, 2 fully furnished living rooms (the downtairs has a fully functioning woodstove), dining area, well-equipped kitchen that is shared, large backyard, and back deck with BBQ.
