Shared Accommodation Available Location - Bovaird and Chinguacousy Rd. Prime location with bus and GO access. I am looking for 1 or 2 MALE tenants. The house is currently occupied by Punjabi working boys. Couple of tenants are traveling back to India so looking for replacement.
The house has 3 bedrooms upstairs with 2 full washrooms. Basement is finished with 1 bedroom and large hall. The house is ready to move in. Price is 500 per person. Property has ample parking space (around 5-6 cars) .

Long term tenants - Punjabi Working Boys. Been living in this house for around 5 years. Nice boys. Didnt have any issues with them so far.
