About the room
my friend mason and i are looking for a roommate and are available December 1st!! it’s in a super accessible area, 5 mins from place st henri metro and about 15 from lionel groulx!! it’s 625 before hydro etc. it has a good sized closet and is pretty spacious. in unit laundry!!! there is also another room for $550 which does not have an exterior window but has a window that is connecting to another room but is very private still and receives a lot of natural light still. we’re so excited to make this place home. we’re very clean people, and respectful of eachothers lifestyles as well as pretty social. we love to cook and watch movies together. ideally looking for someone close to our age, but that’s not necessarily essential. no cats unfortunately!!
About the roomies
Ruby is 23 and has a full time job. she loves art and music and has a wonderful record and vhs collection. also loves to decorate the apartment!! Mason is also 23 and works part time and writes plays and comedy in his spare time. He loves to play bass and go to the movie theatre.
