This is a 2nd floor unit with a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Shared spaces are furnished. The bedroom is unfurnished and it’s available as a monthly sublet. It’s 9’-5“ x 12’-5“ (117 ft. sq.) plus the closet.

First and last months rent is required. A roommate agreement will be discussed with possible candidates to ensure that we have the same expectations.

No pets or smoking (I have allergies)

• Walking distance to transit, and ample parking is available in the back parking lot.
• In-suite laundry (across the hall from the bathroom)

• Large closet in bedroom
• Private access to the bedroom from the hallway. This is in addition to the regular door in the apartment

• All inclusive (water, heat, hydro)-We just split the internet bill
• I have most of the essentials in the kitchen, but you are welcome to add to the supplies.

A little bit about me:

• I serve regularly at my church.
• I’m a morning person and I would like to find a roommate who has a similar sleep schedule.
• My second language is Dutch, and I would love to learn more Spanish!
• I have a background in interior decorating, interior design, and the trades (painting and carpentry).
• I am very growth oriented and I geek out a bit about habit building :) (Atomic Habits and The Compound Effect are a few of my favourite books)
• I’m health conscious. Eating clean is a priority for me.
