A warm, bright, fully furnished room with your own private washroom in a spacious 3-bed creative apartment near Bathurst & Eglinton. The room has a queen bed with satin pillowcases, a full desk + monitor setup, lots of natural light, and fast Wi-Fi. The apartment includes a big kitchen, large sofa, and a cozy sunroom + there’s parking.

Transit is very convenient — the 7 Bathurst bus is right outside, and we’re close to the 32 Eglinton, Beltline Trail, and only a short walk to Line 1 Cedarvale (Eglinton West) Station, grocery stores, Starbucks, cafés, and Rexall and Shoppers.

I really love living here for the past 3 years. The space is clean, quiet, and ideal for someone looking for a comfortable cozy room, big windows and lots of privacy.

You’ll be living with two friendly and reliable creatives: • A social media manager for a luxury dessert brand • A Toronto-based illustrator & videographer I’m a photographer, and I’ll be travelling starting on Dec 18
