The lease starts January 1st, but I’m willing to arrange an early move in and I’ve already paid the rent for December. The room comes unfurnished but I have a bedframe and couch that I can throw in with the lease takeover. Its in a quiet neighbourhood and only a 15 minute walk to WLU, a 10 minute walk from Bridgeport Plaza, and there’s bike storage and parking available. There’s also a front and back porch, a balcony, a tv in the living room available for everyone to use, and all utilities included. The room also has an east-facing window and a closet.

There are 3 girls currently on the property, and we all get along really well. We’re all university students and working young adults, so everyone is on their own schedule.
