URGENT LEASE TAKEOVER - EARLY MOVE IN AVAILABLE!! Hi! I’m looking to lease my private room in an all-girl house near WLU. The lease starts January 1st, but I’m willing to arrange an early move in and I’ve already paid the rent for December. The room comes unfurnished but I have a bedframe and couch that I can throw in with the lease takeover. Its in a quiet neighbourhood and only a 15 minute walk to WLU, a 10 minute walk from Bridgeport Plaza, and there’s bike storage and parking available. There’s also a front and back porch, a balcony, a tv in the living room available for everyone to use, and all utilities included. The room also has an east-facing window and a closet.
