I am looking for one female student to sublet a room from January 1st, 2026, until April 2026. Rent is $900 plus utilities. – Utilities are normally $40-70 per person, depending on the season – Internet is split between roommates ($10 per month) You’ll be living with four clean, friendly, and down-to-earth second-year girls! The available room is one of two basement bedrooms, with a bathroom, shower, and laundry located on the same floor for convenient access. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, mostly composed of families, with just a two-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, which provides direct access to the university. The house is also a fifteen-minute walk to multiple amenities such as Shoppers, Dollarama, Walmart and the mall, and approximately a 35-minute walk to campus.

You’ll be living with four clean, friendly, and down-to-earth second-year girls! We enjoy chatting in common areas, as well as cooking in the kitchen, having dinners together, and movie nights. We are school-focused, with most of us holding part-time jobs, keeping a fairly tight schedule, and not staying up too late. We’re excited about the opportunity to meet someone new and welcome a new roommate!(:
