MORE PHOTOS TO COME 😁 Located in Mount Pleasant with 17th floor views, we have 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment up for rent. The bedroom comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress and linen (if you wish!). Featuring a double door wardrobe; large window, and your own bathroom separate to the bedroom. Our living room is small but cozy with a couch, TV with chest of drawers, dining table and out door balcony with seating. (If you have a couch, we are open to a new one!). We also have a shared storage room in the apartment, however the apartment also provides additional storage for $50 / month on availability and a complimentary bike cage. We have a beautiful roof top amenity space with bbq’s, dining and community gardens.

We co-signed a lease however one party decided to move back home overseas, so we are looking for someone to move in until the end of our lease on 1 July 2026.

We are an Australian couple in their late 20’s who have been living in Canada for 4 years. We both work full time in Downtown, and enjoy watching movies and cooking delicious food!
