Hi everyone! I’m subletting my room for the Winter semester (January–April) and it’s an amazing spot if you’re looking for a comfortable, private, and convenient place near campus.

The house is located on Johnson and Victoria, just an 8-minute walk to campus. It’s still right in the student ghetto, but on a quieter street with a nice mix of students and Kingston residents — perfect if you want to feel safe and be close to everything without the constant noise.

You’d be living with five other girls (four of them will also be subletters), and everyone’s super friendly and respectful.

Rent: $700/month plus utilities/wifi (negotiable)
