Our home is a bright and modern 3-bedroom unit located on the bottom floor of a house, just steps away from Keele Station in the High Park / Parkdale / Junction area — one of Toronto’s most vibrant and accessible neighborhoods.

The unit features two full bathrooms, shared among three tenants, making mornings and busy schedules easy. We also have in-unit laundry and a dishwasher for convenience.

The property consists of four units in total, and the building has a great community vibe — all the tenants here are warm, friendly, and respectful. If you value convenience, transit access, and a calm yet welcoming living environment, this spot checks all the boxes.

We’re a group of three friends in our early 30s who have lived here since 2021. One of our close friends is moving on to a new chapter, so we’re looking for someone who can naturally fit into the relaxed, comfortable rhythm of our home.
