House is a 4 bedroom/ 3 bath. Looking to rent out the two rooms upstairs. Area is in St. James, we do hear the odd airplane but otherwise nice quiet area. There’s a living room area as well as finished basement/ bar. No cigarette smokers. There is a sunroom in the back area so if you want to smoke pot that is fine in that area only.

People who are chill, clean, respectful. Who will treat the place like it is their own. I travel for work a lot and keep to myself a lot, but would be nice to have friendships but not requirement.
