The house is located close to the intersection of McLaughlin road south and Ray Lawson Blvd in Brampton (at border of Mississauga) There is a park at 5 min walk. Bus stop is also 5 min walk. Sheridan college is only 10 min walk.

We are looking for a maximum of 2 person to occupy the place for a minimum of 1 year term. First and Last month rent is required upon signing of the lease. Also required are two pieces of IDs for each tenant.

There is a nice couple (husband and wife) living in another room. They are friendly and there has never been any complaints.
