The home is a well-kept, 10-year-old house, and you’d be sharing the upstairs with just me. The upper level has three bedrooms, one of which I use as an office since I work from home. The space feels bright, clean, and modern, with a comfortable layout that gives each person plenty of privacy.

You’d have your own bedroom, access to a full bathroom, and shared use of the kitchen, living room, and laundry. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to amenities, making it a great place to come home to at the end of the day.

I’m new to the island and looking for a roommate who’s friendly, easygoing, and open to hanging out from time to time. I work from home, so I really value a clean, tidy living space and someone who’s respectful of shared areas.
