The apartment and room comes fully furnished with bed, walk-in closet, mattress, sofa, dining table etc with all modern appliances including TV, microwave, dishwasher, oven and in-unit washer dryer + a balcony!
Heating is included but electricity (~$15/month) and wifi ($20/month) is to be paid separately.
Lease term is until end of July 2026 with option of renewing with landlord.
Great location in downtown with Lucien L’Allier (orange line) metro 5 min walk away, Guy-Concordia metro (green line) 8 min walk away, Grocery store (Maxi) 2 min walk away.
The building has an indoor and outdoor pool, gym, study rooms etc.
