About the room

This property is an old apartment, single bedroom suite that is only furnished with my bed and desk. Was thinking to get a futon for a roommate for a discounted price on rent + bills.

Located in Strathcona, just off of Whyte Ave, it’s in the heart of Edmonton, with excellent transit service, near Whyte, and near the University.

About the roomies

I’m the only roommate, I’m very friendly and fun-loving and very accepting, but also very diligent about my responsibilities and finances regarding the suite. I love basketball, play the piano and violin, currently go to NAIT for Finance, and love to go out!
