The second floor has two bedrooms, plus a separate room for rent. Price negotiable. The bedroom includes a single bed and wardrobe. There is also a double bed on the first floor (next to the toilet). The rental price includes a room with basic furniture and a private bathroom (no need to share). Common areas of the house are shared. There is one parking space in the underground garage.
