I’m looking for someone to take over my room. I can accommodate a move-in starting in December.

The room is a den-style room—small and without a lock—but the location is amazing, just a 5-minute walk from Union Station. I’ve never had any issues with privacy or safety. Rent is $1150/month, all bills included. The condo is directly connected to the PATH.

You will be sharing the unit with two other women. You will share the bathroom with one of them.

The minimum stay is until the end of March. After that, you can choose to extend the lease by signing a contract with the management company.

You will be sharing the unit with two other women in their 20s. They are friendly, clean, and respectful. Everyone has their own schedule, so the apartment is generally quiet and comfortable.
