Tisi's room

Hello! Currently renting out 2 rooms in a three bedroom house to females only and are available currently. The house is fully furnished and based in Kanata/Stittsville. Each room has its own bed and a nice reading table and chair (other items in the photos is from the previous tenant). There’s a good sized wardrobe in each room, but there is more storage space in the basement if needed. There are beddings if needed. There is one bathroom on the main bedroom floor, and a guest toilet downstairs. The property has a backyard, patio and front lawn, which you can enjoy during summer and there’s a grill, if you love grilling. It’s a shared driveway and there’s room for another car. All utilities are included. And there is home security for added safety. The neighbourhood is a nice and quiet area, great for taking walks.

There are a few grocery stores like Walmart, Sobeys, Freshco, No frills and more. A lot of restaurants too. The current is a roommate in her 20s and a working professional.
