Nice, Chill and Calm place, close to Downtown ( at the cross of 17th Avenue SW and Crowchild Trail) In a beautiful townhouse, you will have your own private room with your own private bathroom and walking closet. Looking for someone that will rent my main room and take care of my cats when I am away for 10 months. So you need to love cats and have no problem having the cats in the room with you ( maybe even sleeping on the bed with you), as they have their little beds and cat tree in the room.
About the roomies
The other roommate is a really nice Post Doc Worker, from China; that also have his own room with his own bathroom.
And myself, I am the owner of the place, and owner of the 2 cats. Going traveling for 10 months to France, to take care of my parents.
