Room can be furnished upon request. All utilities included in rent per room. Share kitchen and bathroom.

Single occupancy. No sharing. No parties. No smoking, drugs, vape, or use of cannabis.

Rent is $850 per room. First and last’s month rent is required.

The place is clean and quiet. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, quiet, and keeping personal belongings to a minimum. Prefers mature female students or female working professional.
