The biggest bedroom is currently available. It’s on the upper level with 2 other rooms, and would share a bathroom with those 2 roomies. Upstairs is also a storage room and a linen closet with plenty of room. Room is sort of the theme with our home: your bedroom closet would be hugeee. There’s also a garage where things could be kept if needed, and a coat closet downstairs. Just some brief info to share:

• Parking is included within rent cost. Electricity is divided by all tenants when the bill comes in roughly every 2 months, is usually 20-35$ per roomie. Water, heating, and internet are all included within rent cost.
• Small backyard and front yard comes with the home. All shoveling, salting, and lawncare are covered by rent and don’t have to be done by tenants!!
• Washer and dryer in-unit, not coin-operated
• Access to tenant-only gym is included with rent
• Large kitchen with shared appliances and/or room for your own cooking items too. We are happy to share air fryer, rice cooker, big blender & bullet blender, toaster oven with a respectful roomie.
• Designated smoking areas outside the home; not tolerated inside.
• There is a common bathroom on the main floor
• Main floor is fully furnished with a TV and a sectional couch where you’d be welcome to decompress

According to the rental management, they request a criminal record check (or a copy of government issued ID for them to run said check), and proof of solvency (usually last 2 paystubs) when completing a rental application. Please feel free to shoot a message and see if we would vibe :)

Hi! I’ve been living here under the last leaseholder for the last 2.5 years and am now the new leaseholder (after they’ve moved out of province), so am looking for a friendly, respectful person to join our home come January 2026. We’re not a party household and value respecting others’ space. We’re pretty easy-going, empathetic, and mature, so looking for someone who might share those traits. Three friendly Canadian roommates 🍁 I’m a music therapist who may sometimes be making music in my own time, but I’m very respectful of quiet hours. Another roomie, also upstairs, is a female masters student at DAL has lots of hobbies and will be moving in January 2026 with her two kitties (Who will usually be staying in her room). Liking animals is a plus but not a must! Lastly, the bedroom on the main floor is occupied by a kind introvert who works as a deli clerk. He has an ensuite bathroom, thus the mentioned common bathroom also on main floor. We have a few houseplants, love to cook and bake, play music, and share common areas as equally as possible.
