We’re looking for a boarder for a ground-floor condo owned by my mom — she’ll be your landlord. This ground-floor condo comes with a comfy private room and access to a shared backyard patio. You’ll share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom—both the kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated, and the whole place has been freshly painted. Laundry is just down the hall. All utilities are included, and Wi-Fi is available for $20/month. Parking is available for $50/month if you need it. The location is super convenient—buses are close by, there’s a convenience store right next door, and grocery stores are all within walking distance.

A bit about your future roomies: we’re a young couple (24 and 26) looking for a roommate to help share some living costs. We also live with the cutest dog ever—he’s a 2-year-old male whoodle, hypoallergenic, super sweet, and obsessed with giving kisses. When we’re not home, he stays in his crate in our bedroom. No other pets, please. We’re both working professionals with full-time jobs. In our downtime, we love being outdoors, staying active, having movie nights, and meeting new people. We’re easygoing and looking for someone who vibes well with a friendly, relaxed home.
