About the Room: The room comfortably fits a single bed and a large desk. You also have the option to buy furniture from the current occupant if you’d like. It opens directly onto a spacious wrap-around balcony with west- and south-facing views—perfect for sunsets and relaxing outdoors.
About the Apartment: The unit is a 3-bed, 2-bath apartment with in-suite washer and dryer for convenience.
Utilities: Hydro, Wi-Fi, and tenant insurance are separate and typically come to around $60/month.
Building Amenities: The building offers fantastic amenities including a gym, yoga studio, theatre room, library, pool table, party room, and outdoor BBQ area with CN Tower views.
About the roomies
About the Home & Current Roommates You’ll be sharing the apartment with two working professionals in our mid-20s. One of us cooks regularly, and we both care about keeping shared spaces clean—dishes don’t sit in the sink, and we rotate weekly cleaning duties.
We are usually out during weekdays and generally don’t spend a lot of time at home. When we’re around, we enjoy an active lifestyle. I play guitar, love trying new food spots, and explore events around the city.
