Hi! I’m subletting my room in a 3 bedrooms apartment starting in January 2026.
The apartment is located on Saint-Denis, in Montreal’s Quartier Latin (Lower Plateau). It’s just a 3min walk from Berri-UQAM station, where all metro lines connect.
The rent is 650 CAD, all utilities included (electricity, heating, Wi-Fi). The unit is fully furnished, including kitchenware and bed linens.
