Spacious master bedroom with private ensuite available December 28th in a modern, clean 2-bed apartment in East Vancouver (Commercial–Broadway area).
The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and two closets (including a walk-in). The ensuite bathroom is private and recently updated. The shared areas (kitchen and living room) are furnished, bright, and well maintained.
The apartment has central AC + heating, in-unit laundry, and fast WiFi. It’s a quiet, comfortable home with lots of natural light. The building is secure and well-kept, with an elevator and great access to transit — just a 5–10 minute walk to Commercial–Broadway SkyTrain.
Utilities are included (heat, electricity, AC, hot water). Parking and storage are available upon request. Rent is negotiable for the right fit.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the apartment with one female in her early 20s. I’m respectful, clean, and pretty quiet — I mostly keep to myself but I’m friendly and easy to live with. I like a calm, comfortable home environment, especially since I’m working and studying. There is also one very sweet indoor cat who loves people and is well-behaved. Looking for someone who is similarly respectful, tidy, and enjoys a peaceful space.
