The den is enclosed by a sliding glass door and curtain with the private bathroom across the hall, while the master is a separate room with an ensuite bathroom.

Apartment: The apartment has ✔ in-unit laundry, ✔ fully-stocked kitchen, ✔ dishwasher, ✔ AC, and ✔ a gorgeous view of downtown + the lake.

Building: This is a new building with 24/7 concierge, a gym, and great amenities.

🚇Transit: Short walk to Queen Station (3-4min, google maps says longer bc of construction). 501 streetcar stops right outside. 🛒Grocery: Same block as No Frills, close to Metro, and walking distance from St. Lawrence Market!
