Rent itself is 619$. Hydro (54$) and internet (70$) is shared amongst all 3 housemates. Water is included in the rent. There’s no other bills other than that. The house rules is basically just keep shared spaces clean, not so much noise esp in the night. Visits are allowed, just let the group chat know if it’s the other sex coming over since it’s all females living in the apartment. Sleep overs are also welcome, as long as all parties aren’t noisy. I’ve lived there for two years and only moved out due to less shifts at work and not enough money for rent. It’s a really nice place, most things are at walking distances, lots of options for restaurants and cafes too.
They are great girls, both students and workers. Clean and well organised. They have a cleaning schedule for each week.
