Furnished or unfurnished room in a three bedroom, four level split townhouse. Am renting one of the rooms. It can be rented unfurnished or furnished (as pictured). There’s one and a half bathrooms so you would get the half bath to yourself as only your bathroom, however we’d have to share the shower in the full bath. Any smoking would have to be done outside. I’m open with respect to who rents the room, but not looking to rent to a couple. I’d like a six month commitment to start with. I also have space in my basement that could be turned into a sitting area that I’d be fine with you taking over if you like. One thing is I have a three year old silver Labrador retriever who is super kind and friendly so you would need to love dogs:). I’m open to pets but because I already have a dog, it would need to be a compatible animal that gets along with him. I subscribe to a few streaming services that would be included. Internet and utilities are also included. My home is located in the neighborhood of Queensland and the condo property backs onto an offleash dog park which is attached to Fish Creek Park. There’s 7-11 and a few services a block away and a larger shopping area is less than 1 km away approx. There’s a bus stop at the end of the street, less than five min walk, and that bus will take you to canyon meadows C-Train station. There’s street parking available and I also have a driveway you could park in provided we could work something out with me having access to the garage. Please let me know if you have any questions!
