David has lived here for 2 years and Sam for over 1.5 years. They communicate openly and keep things respectful and easygoing.

They’re tidy, responsible, and early risers who value a calm, clean home.

They’re social — concerts, music (Thin Lizzy, Pink Floyd, Dendemann, Crosby Stills & Nash, Loyle Carner, Sade, etc.), conversations, movies — but also respectful of routines and personal space. Chill home, not a party house.
