Home is 2+2 so, you will have your own bedroom and big bathroom that only for your use except laundry and dryer inside. The person is leaving 1 july 2026, so i am searching a person who willing to do 12 months contract. No pet allowed. Bills will be shared. If you want, bed can stay but furniture in room will go. The other room which is not in the photos has bathroom also. Distances: Dépanneur : 30mt, Metro pie-ix 400mt, Super C 500mt, Bibliothèque maisonneuve 700mt. Not difficult to find street parking, and also i have a secret space and tactics that i can share further 🤫😉

Who I’m looking for:

• Clean and organized
• Comfortable using household appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, AC, etc.)
• Cares about recycling (separates recycling, organic waste, and garbage)
• Responsible with repetitive household tasks: * Loads and unloads the dishwasher * Empties the robot vacuum regularly
• No digital “noise” (loud phonecalls, gaming sounds, social media audio, or repetitive phone sounds) — headphones required if needed. Listening music, watching film or natural sounds are perfectly okay👍
• No odors — non-smoker only (no cigarettes or similar)
• Calm, respectful, and mindful of shared living
• No unsealed/open food left out when not being eaten — strict hygiene rule
• Sleepover guests and occasional gatherings are okay with prior notice at a reasonable time

I’m open to people of all genders and ages. However, if your main activity at home is scrolling social media or streaming all day, this might not be the right fit.
