This is an awesome century home located right downtown. The room is a large master bedroom with walk in closet and big windows. The main floor is shared space, full kitchen, dining room and living room with a nice sized backyard and BBQ.
The area is quiet but close to everything. It’s a 5 minute walk to bus stops, 10 minutes to grocery and drug stores and about 15 to the GO stations and downtown core.

Mid-thirties, working 9-5 hours in construction. Usually working on some kind of project around the house to improve. Gardening, crafting and cooking are the hobbies I do around the house. There is a golden retriever and tabby cat that also share the space, so any renter must be okay with pets.

No additional roommates as of now but I am looking to rent an additional room.
