Location is probably the highlight, close to both main lines of the subway (10 minutes to either) and parks and grocery within a block; the building has a pool, gym, social room, laundry, study lounge, and a large terrace for hosting outdoors. Pets are allowed. The bathroom is shared between you and one other person, but rooms are separate of course. Available furnished or I can move my things out if you’d prefer (have a bed frame, mattress, desk, dresser, clothing rack, and small table in the room now).

I am moving out and looking to sublet my room; the fellow in the other room is a student and is very friendly, but quiet and keeps to himself most of the time unless invited otherwise.
