Bright, modern condo located right by the Toronto waterfront with incredible natural light (SE exposure) and unobstructed open city/lake views. The unit features a spacious shared living area, full kitchen with modern appliances, in-suite laundry and access to excellent building amenities including a gym, theatre room, guest suites, indoor pool, concierge and common areas.

The building is well-maintained and secure. Being right next to the Queens Quay West at Bathurst St East Side Tram stop and the lakeshore Loblaw, the neighbourhood is ideal for downtown living. It’s steps from the lake, parks, cafés and restaurants. It has easy access to the core while still feeling calm and walkable- especially along the waterfront.

IMPORTANT: The room is unfurnished but can come furnished if desired. Pictures attached are your room, washroom, living room, amenities. For the lease term, 12 months is preferred but I’m open to discussion as well.

I’m friendly, easy-going and genuinely enjoy creating a home that feels comfortable and welcoming. I love having a space that feels calm, clean and pleasant to come back to at the end of the day.

I’m social and enjoy getting to know the person I live with- chatting, laughing or just coexisting comfortably. I also really value personal space and having a clean home. I enjoy staying active (Pilates, walks by the water) and working on creative projects in my downtime.
