Only 3 tenants will share with each other the1,080 sf main floor of the house.

• The bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, two desks, a chair, a built-in closet, a cabinet, and a new Ikea closet. The room has large windows with great natural light.

• Three tenants on the main floor share one full bathroom. One roommate will be away for four months so actually only two tenants share the bathroom. Two full-time male graduate students with study and work schedules mostly on campus live in other two bedrooms on the main floor of the house.

• Fully furnished living room and dining room having bright windows and glass doors with park views.

• All utilities (electricity, gas, city garbage collection fees, water) and high-speed wifi are included in the monthly rent.

• Security deposit: $750
