About the room
- $970/month, internet and hydro separately. (About +$70.)
- The room is medium-sized. my partner and I are trying to provide some furnishings to make it easier for someone to move in. The room has a large window and large closet with radiator heating.
- You would have a semi-shared washroom with a shared shower/bath but we use our small private washroom otherwise. There are two large shared closets in the common areas. There is a shared den currently used as a dining room and cozy common area. There is a large balcony we are currently working on decorating and furnishing.
- There is an 8kg dog named Margo who is a lap dog. A cat or other small pets are fine (Anything in a tank/cage), but we cannot take in another dog. We love reptiles, critters, fish and insects!
- It is a 3 minute walk to the Finch 1 line, which is a 5ish minute ride to Yonge Station. -There is a gym, large paid in-building laundry facility, accessible sliding doors (though a few are sticky) swimming pool, balcony and parking.
About the roomies

Ethan (He/Him) and Alden (He/Him) are a queer couple who are community-driven manga/anime enthusiasts, music-loving, and friendly. We host occasional get-togethers, and Ethan worked as an events coordinator for 4 years.

Ethan works as a merchandising/warehouse coordinator in training FT. He is entering doula and healthcare training in the summer. He facilitates periodically in a trans-masculine and NB group. He’s an extrovert but likes to have time to recharge.

Alden is a professional cleaner entering PSW work, and also works at Ikea FT. He likes a large variety of music and is a talented graphic designer and artist.
