About the roomies
I am a 31 y/o queer & trans woman. I’m going back to school for psychology in January. I’ve studied fine art previously and worked in admin and nonprofit mental health. I’m on an ill-advised mission to collect every hobby - I especially love photography, sewing, fiber arts, video games, and music. I love talking about big ideas - philosophy, psychology, art, and (in modest doses) politics. As a roommate, I’m friendly, mostly quiet, sometimes chatty, and keep things pretty clean & organized.
I have an extremely friendly, gentle, and dopey senior cat. He warms up to people quick and loves a pat or any toy on a string. He is persistently food-obsessed, so he will almost always try to get at your food, but he doesn’t have a single mean bone in his body, so he’s easily shooed away even by complete strangers. We do need to be careful about leaving food or dirty dishes around where he can get at them though 😅
I also have a severe peanut & nut allergy, but I’m okay to have them in the house so long as some extra accommodations are in place when cooking and storing them.
No other pets allowed unfortunately, my cat has health issues that would make that impractical.
