I’m looking for someone to take over my room as I’m moving to a different neighborhood after 3 great years here. Preferably from January 1st, but I’m flexible.

It’s a nice, cozy room with an unobstructed view, fully furnished, with all the utilities and Wi-Fi included in the rent. The location is perfect: 6-minute walk to Keele Station, 8-minute walk to High Park, in a nice, quiet building in a very good area.
