Hello,

I have a furnished room that will be available immediately for rent. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The unit will be shared with only me. I am a woman and preference is to rent to another woman. I am very clean and need someone that has similar qualities.

The room is well furnished with double bed, chess of drawers, TV, standing mirror, side table, vanity table and chair. 1 bedding set provided.

The kitchen is furnished with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, rice cooker, small hand mixer, kettle, food processor, blender and juicer. Plates are available if you don’t have, pots and pans can be shared as well.

Some information that you need to know upfront:

This is a none smoking building. No smoking is allowed, not even on balcony. So I prefer to rent to none smokers.

Being that utilities are included, you can have guests over, but no more than 3 times per week.

Must be clean, it’s not fun, having to ask a grown up to pick up after themselves.

Room is for one person only. Females preferred

Great location, with a lot to do around the area. If you’re clean, easy to get along with, pay your bills on time and need a beautiful, clean, quiet place to stay, this will be great for you.

Utilities, and wifi included in rent.
