About the room

Private bedroom and dedicated bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment located in North Rutland area. There is a bus stop right out front and plenty of free street parking available. We are about an 8 minute drive from UBCO (about 18 minute bus ride, usually faster). The room is furnished with a bed, desk, and dresser. We have in unit laundry, a dishwasher, and are located on the top floor with a balcony. The rent is 1200$/month with all utilities and wifi included!

About the roomies

You would be sharing the space with me (f23), my partner (m26), and our 4-month-old kitten. I am a full-time masters student, and my partner works full time. When we are not working, we enjoy cooking, drinking coffee, spending time with our cat, and relaxing with TV or Youtube.
