Hello! I’m offering a short-term room for rent in a condo located at 323 Richmond Street East, right in the heart of downtown Toronto.
Period: January 9 (Fri) – January 31 (Sat) • Price: $1,000 (all utilities included) • Key deposit: $50
The condo is conveniently located between the Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market, with a bus stop right in front. The location is excellent, and residents have access to condo amenities including a jacuzzi and gym.
The condo is currently shared with 3 people (including myself). The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate.
About the roomies
All roommates are women in their 20s who work full-time, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
