Hi my name is Brandon and I just moved into a new house. Im looking for renters for the new year 2026. Im still setting everything up so the pictures are not the finished products. If you have any questions please ask otherwise please continue to read the property description. The house is in a quite neighborhood near a couple schools and a bus ride away from many shops. There is lots of room for parking on the driveway. The property can be entered through the front door or the garage. There are 3 rooms for rent each of which will include a lock. Furniture is provided along with plates, cutlery, some cleaning products and other items initially needed. Laundry can be accessed at anytime in the basement. Furthermore there will be some storage available in the laundry room if needed.

Currently there is nobody living in the upstairs unit of the house. The people who I will rent to will typically be welding students from out of town.
