About the roomies
About us: we are two women in our mid 20s both working professionals and UBC students seeking a third roommate to move in with us!
Emily: I am 24 and heading to UBC next fall to complete my masters in kinesiology! i I am very outdoorsy love skiing and hiking. I love hosting girls nights and having dinners at home. I am very outgoing and don’t want to live with someone who doesn’t feel like a friend I would want both of us to make it feel like home! I have a two year old black golden retriever his name is Duck and we would be moving together! He’s a great dog and super low maintenance but is very active and on my days off we will most likely be out doing something.
Vanessa: I’m 21 and a second year UBC student completing my transfer credits for Sauder. I’m very friendly and outgoing, I really enjoy cooking, paint nights/wine and appies with friends and wandering HomeSense with a coffee. I’m very clean and organized, I value a safe space to call home -that feels like both of our spaces for the next few years. I’m hoping to make friends with my roommates, so it feels like a home and not just a stranger down the hall :)
