About the room
The house is a newly built 3 bedroom duplex house with brand new ammenities and appliances. It is a comfortable clean and calm environment. The house is located on the edge of Vanier beside the river and is about a 30 minute walk to uOttawa, Byward Market and downtown. There are also plenty of bus lines near the house and there is a direct bus route to Hurdman station and Rideau station. The available bedroom is on the second floor beside one other bedroom, with a shared bathroom on the floor. The first floor is the kitchen/living room area with all kitchen appliances and another half bathroom and a nice sized storage room. The bedroom can come with some furniture or unfurnished. The house also has in-unit laundry, heating and a/c. If there are any other questions about the house or roommates I would be happy to answer them!
About the roomies
The house is shared with two recent graduates / young professionals, both 22 years old and male. They are respectful, clean, and easygoing, and easy to get along with. We’re a pretty laid-back household and don’t mind different schedules or some noise. We’re just looking for someone who’s respectful and easy to live with.
The household is generally quiet during the week as both work full time. Roommates are social when home but also respectful of personal space and privacy.
We’re looking for someone who is respectful, clean, and easy-going and who will be a good fit for a shared home with other young professionals.
