Looking for 1 more roommate (2 already), preferably female and a student attending university who is clean, tidy, and friendly who would stay January 2026- July 31, 2026!

• $500 monthly rent (per person), $24 monthly internet bill (per person), $20 approximately utilities per month (per person), may be another cost for either heating/ water but that varies a lot based on use and temperature. Approximately $600- $700 dollars monthly total per person, but can vary due to use!
• House is already furnished (Includes shared living space, kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, dishwasher, internet, and 1 parking spot per person)
• One private bedroom available, located on the second floor. Fits a double/ queen size bed, 2 plug ins, large window, and closet space
• Located in between both University of Manitoba and University of Winnipeg
• Bus stop located under 1 minute walk from property
• Outside and inside recently renovated and updated!
• Current roommates are friendly and kind! Landlords are friendly, helpful, and regularly communicate to fix and issues there may be!
