Even though it’s a basement apartment, it gets a surprising amount of natural light. It’s also equipped with several closets for ample storage space and an in-unit washer and dryer. Also, please note that a lot of the furniture/decor in the common areas will be cleared when my current roommate moves out. I was hoping we could decorate and furnish the space together.
