Bright 3 bed, 1,5 house approximately 3km from downtown and about 1km from SAIT.
Downstairs bedroom with big closet and lots of natural light. The house has a lot of storage space!
Upstairs has 2 bedrooms where 1 is being used as an office space or guest bedroom, ideal if you work from home, are a student or if you have friends from out of town staying over!
Laundry on site, free street parking, plenty of storage available in garage and a backyard!!
1 roommate will be leaving end of April, another roommate will be leaving the same time or at the end of March (flexible). Putting out feelers for 1 or 2 roommates for these dates! We’re only looking for female roommates, sorry!
About the roomies
You’ll be living with 1 girl that studies at U of C. She is very active, loves to climb (indoor and outdoor) and will be looking at getting a dog in the future.
