Beautiful bedroom and your own unattached bathroom, in a shared 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The room is unfurnished. The apartment has a balcony looking out onto the courtyard of the complex.

Rent is $1200 per month. Hydro and internet is separate , which we can split. The apartment has a gas fireplace which is included in the rent, so it’s nice and toasty in the winter. Walking distance from Uptown shopping centre. Right across the road from Save On Foods! 4 minute walk to bus route #26, #72 and #75, and a 5 minute walk to Swan Lake!

Hi, I’m Amy! I’m a 28 year old gal who enjoys a peaceful, homebody life. I am a non smoker/vaper or partier. You’d be living with me and my cat, Binoo! Although I love dogs, unfortunately no dogs are allowed (per landlords request). The unit allows for 2 cats total, and I have one cat but I have never introduced her to another cat before so another one would have to be considered. I enjoy crocheting (among other crafts), hiking, and music (listening to and playing acoustic guitar from time to time, and sometimes the kalimba).

I work in a surgical clinic, so my job can be quite high-stress and overstimulating which requires me to decompress at the end of the day by having some quiet time to myself, but other than that I enjoy hanging out! I would love to live with someone who enjoys communal living while also respecting each others space. I love to cook and share my cooking, and would love to live with someone who shares that interest.
