Landlord and owner lives there part time. Room is fully furnished, comfortable, and looks onto a quiet, enclosed backyard. You would have the use of the full kitchen as long as you clean up! Pets can be discussed on a case by case basis (no other pets live there currently). Ideal for medical students and residents on elective in the area, or university students needing a quiet place to study for a few months.

Landlords and homeowners live there part time. We are quiet, go to bed early, and are non smokers and drinkers. One of us is in medicine and the other in finance.
